KK!HRRoad construction is an ever-green industry and will have greater scope in the coming days. The nature of the industry is changing with more mechanisation and robotics entering in a big way. So, the HR policy has to orient itself towards the changing scenario. You will have to work on your organisation's strategy and approach in dealing with these issues. Accordingly, there is a need to design manpower acquisition and retention policies. As regards statutory compliances, you will have to see with regard to each of the statutes applicable to your industry and prepare a table giving the datewise compliances required. Incidentally, you need to pay attention to your communication skills.
