Hello, good afternoon respected seniors, I recently registered our company for Common EPF & ESI through Shram Suvidha. I received all credentials and have successfully added my employees to EPF and ESI.

But here are my questions:

1) Should I submit any documents to the EPF office?

2) What is Form 5A, and is it mandatory to submit it to the EPF office?

3) Is it mandatory to approve KYC of employees with DSC?

Please tell me; that will help me a lot.

Dear Friend, YOU NEED TO SUBMIT ONLINE ONLY; THERE IS NO NEED TO SUBMIT ANY HARD COPY TO THE RESPECTIVE DEPARTMENTS.

FORM 5 - EPF SIGNING AUTHORITY PROOF FOR ANY HARD CLAIM
YOU NEED TO CHECK THE AUTHORIZED PERSON'S SIGNATURE AND DO THE SAME.

KYC SHOULD BE SUBMITTED THROUGH DSC/ADHAAR LINK PROCESS
