Dear sir, My basic salary was 15943 monthly till march 2022 but after appraisal in Apr 2022 basic salary was reduced 11451 can company reduce basic salary once given a level company HR said your grade (Senior executive to Assistant Manager ) has been changed in Apr 2022 so as per new salary structure your basic salary reduced
basic salary reduction badly impacts my Gratuity and other benefits
difference amount added in other components my previous CTC was 327000 and the new 401254

Hi, Your employer is not supposed to do that. It is wrong to reduce basic salary and to add difference in other components.

Hello sanjay soni, as per new HR rule, your basic salary will be deduct 50% before it was 40% so your basic will show high and new rules packages will show high in hand will get very less..

Dear Sanjay,
this is not fair to reduced basic salary, hope you aware of that the Central govt. is going to implement a rule that the basic salary should be 50% from CTC, why your employer doing like this to damage savings of employees.

it will effects on your annul components too.
