Dear friends.
Currently, I am working with Bharti Airtel Ltd as Territory Manager. The previous company is Reliance communications.
Now I am leaving the company from Bharti Airtel Ltd and Joining in Reliance Jio.
During the documentation process, I need to submit a Reliance communication Relieving Letter. Now that company was closed. Where can I get it? I just got relieving acceptancy mail from HR. And even not settled Full and Final Settlement. Now Relieving letter is mandatory to submit. How can I get it? Please help me anyone.

Ask your HR contact at your new Reliance subsidiary to deal with this problem. All the records for Reliance Communications must be housed somewhere within the Reliance conglomerate.

No-one here can give you the letter.

Failing that, I guess you could petition Mukesh Ambani to get the problem sorted if none of the thousands of staff he employs will do it. :-)

Reliance Jio has taken thousands of people who were earlier working for Reliance communications when it closed. None of them got any documents or settlement as the company is bankrupt. It would be surprising if they have not already factored it in.

Have you spoken to the HR in the new company and asked him about it or are you just assuming?
You got acceptance mail of what?

John, Reliance communication belongs to the younger brother and not to mukesh Ambani, so he will not have the data. The company went bankrupt and just closed without paying lots of vendors and employees. I doubt if anyone is left in HR now.
