Hello All, Can anyone help me out with the Maternity Act and what are the rights of an employee if the employer does not allow the employee to complete minimum tenure to complete so as to avail of maternity benefits?

I joined the organization on March 2nd, 2022, and conceived after a month, the same has been informed to the employee. They stopped giving me any work in the company to work and forced me to go on leave as I do have complications in pregnancy, due to which I am advised not to travel. They called me and said the role which they allotted have been terminated and new roles require me to be in the organization.

Till today I do not have KPIs or roles designed for me. Please guide what would be my next steps.

Further to above my 80 days of minimum qualification will be getting completed on 24- June -2022, please advise how can I avail maternity benefits. Expected Delivery date is in first week of December.
