EPFO challan notification for recovery of dues under PMRPY scheme appearing in our employer login 3 years after employee left the organization.

One of my employees was registered under the PMRPY scheme in EPFO in 2018. Now in our employer login, there is a 7Q-14B challan notification stating the description for recovery of dues from us as "De-activation due to AADHAAR De-duplication". What does this mean ? This employee left the job in 2018 itself.
