My query is whether Standing Order Act will apply to a Commercial Establishment Registered under the Karnataka Shops and Commercial Establishments Act. 1961. I am not inquiring about the applicability limit of 50 or above in Karnataka State. I am just asking about the applicability of standing order on the Commercial Establishments in Karnataka. If yes, under which Notification. If possible, kindly provide proper reference to that Notification / or relevant portion of the Act confirming applicability.
