I have recently joined an organisation. They have a very bad reputation in Glassdoor which is simply impacting the closure of the Job openings. The management has a thought process of their own and don't take any suggestions on making any improvements in it. As an HR it is a challenge for me. How shall I cope up? Please suggest.

Any process of change, has to be gradual or evolve by itself, in organisations of this type. so while flowing with the organisational current you need to stick your neck out and make subtle, to start with, suggestions to the need to rethink strategy and make it more market friendly. Make a covert attempt to identify elements who would support such changes and make harmless suggestions in this regard. You will have to bid for the time being, but keep your hopes alive in case you wish to continue there.
