Dear sir, I am working with DDU-GKY unit as Unit Manager. On 28th Oct, the company asks me to go on leave without pay because of a shortage of funds and this is done without any notice. Please advise me.

Do you feel the situation is genuine that there is temporarily there is no need for your services, or it is becoming unaffordable to keep paying, you can take a call based on your assessment of the prospects in the organisation.
