Hi, I work for a small private limited company based at Noida and registered under MSME and operated (single handed ownership ) . We have been sudden asked by HR manager on 10April 2020 that management has taken a decision to put all /some nonsales employees on Non paid leave starting with immediate effect. No letter or email has been given in this regards even after asked several times .

Now its been more then 03 months no remunerations / salaries has been given to us , only fake assurance been given by Hr managers that we will take you guys back once things are normal . Even we were only been paid for 22 days in march salaries.

Also, Hr forcing to submit back assects like - Laptop , sim , etc . Our official ids , whats app groups are been blocked and changed without even to our notice by IT department .

Kinldy suggest what the right step further . Can a complaint can be lodged if yes what's the best way out .

Please Help!

Nikunj - please reach out to your Local Labour Union office to give the details of the matter and seek resolution immediately.
It has been a tough time for everyone - however - a considerate management will never resort to measures like culling headcount without a cause, withholding salaries and expenses, forcing LWPs, etc - it is all illegal as laid out by GOI as per various rulings and Acts.
