A person Aged about 30 yrs. being proposed for employment on basic wage of Rs. 16000/- pm, he is having UAN alloted by EPF for his previous employment/er. He had already withdrawn his EPF and EPS accumulations of his previous employment/s.
Is he should be enrolled as a member of EPF in new employment or he will be treated exempted employee?

Under EPF Schemes an employee who draws more than Rs15000 PM at time of joining is called non eligible employee.
He can be made a member if he voluntarily chooses and PF commissioner agrees.
