Appraisal/increment letters to Directors /Managing Directors has to be more professional and more motivating. Please try to prepare a draft and share. The letter should thank them for their contribution for the period under review, appreciation about their leadership skills, special accomplishments if any etc.
While I don't have any issues to provide you with a ready made draft, if you try and prepare try that would be more beneficial for you to improve your writing skills.
