Question no. 1 regarding PF:

The formula applied in the Excel sheet for an employee contribution of 12% is PF@12% of 15000/basic. Should I calculate it as 12% of 15000 even if the basic is 20k or 25k?

Please share the Excel sheet in which the formula is already applied for employee and employer PF contributions as per the current total percentage of the employee, i.e., 12%, and for the employer.

Question no. 3 regarding PF:

After the amendments in the PF employer contribution in April, what is the total percentage on which employer contribution calculation has to be done? If it's 13% or 13.16%, what are the breakup values of EPF, EPS, EDLI, admin charges, etc.?

1. Yes you can calculate on 20k or 25k, if this is the basic salary for employees. 3. Its 13.61% EPF 4.33% EPS 8.33% EDLI .5% EDLI admin charges 0.01% EPF Admin Charge 1.1
