Any unhelpful work habits and restrictive work-performance practices amount to acts of misconduct. Any work tool or aid issued to employees or allowed by an office order for carrying out the company's work/operations also need to be used diligently. Appropriate disciplinary action as prescribed in your company's service rules or standing orders will be taken.

A newsletter is an internal communication mode/channel; hence, any theme that promotes a sense of belongingness, camaraderie, team spirit, collaboration, welfare, and employee engagement shall serve the purpose of publishing an in-house newsletter. We advised along these lines when we were training employees of a progressive company in Ahmedabad.
