I need help, if any one have tracking excel sheet of employee joining formalities and all letter give tracking and due date information sheet. kindly suggest how to maintain this in excel sheet.

I couldn't catch your point. What excel sheet you require for 'Joining Formalities' . This will require a simple 'check list' of 'Dos' & Don'ts' and a check box against every item listed therein to confirm whether complied with or not.
You need to maintain a diary or Year Planner to maintain/note down target dates for every compliance that will do.
