I would like to know if there is any difference between the designations of Associate and Executive. Some of our outsourced employees are designated as Associates, while some are designated as Executives. We are looking to establish uniformity in designations to create a better workplace for them. Kindly suggest whether they should be tagged as Associates or Executives. It's a power sector distribution company.
