Kindly guide me. I recently joined a start up company. They are operating since 6 months. They have a provision for PF & deducted the amount monthly from employees' salary. But till date they have neither generated any ECR nor submitted the amounts. They already have a PF account and now ready to submit PF amount in respective employees accounts with delay payment charges. My queries are:
1)Is there any option to generate ECR for previous months in EPFO website?
2) As the ECR was not generated since last 6 months, shall we generate separately for every month or we can consolidate 6 months data in one ECR challan?
