Ya..right..But my question is like is it any rule like that that is person need to complete six month service. Can i submit PF withdrwal form got from the employer?
Hi,
No need for working of 6 months. even if you have worked 1 day, you can withdraw the amount.
But as per the PF rules, there must be atleast 45 days gap of service (according to PF - means PF Payment is considered) before any withdraw is allowed. so wait till next month 15 and then apply. you need to fill up form 10c and 19 for withdraw. they are available in www.epfindia.com
cheers
suneel. :D
Dear
It is not compulsory to work for 6 month for withdraw your PF. you can withdraw you PF after 2 month from Date of Leaving.
You will get you PF if you work less than 6 month. But for the Pension withdrawl it is compulsory to work for 6 month. if you work less than 6 month then you can not withdraw you Pension amount.
You can transfer the same by submitting Transfer form in you New company.
regards,
Amit
Pension amount is 8.33% of the employer share, so you can withdraw your portion. cheers suneel.
Even a day contribution is there and you not having account in any other Organiztion you can withdraw the amount by submitting the claim from attested by your previous employer. Prabhakar Rao.M
Your PF settlement will get through but not Pension.
In order to claim Pension Fund withdrawal your contributory period has to be more than 6 months, else employer's contribution to Pension Scheme is forfeited.

Less than six month service. So eps contiribution is not withdrawal, any notification
