Changing the Date of Joining
To change the Date of Joining, you need to draft a letter stating the incorrect date of joining and the correct date of joining, along with the reason for the change.
Changing the Father's Name
There are two options to change the father's name:
1) Draft a letter stating the incorrect father's name and the correct father's name, along with the reason. You will need to attach the Aadhaar card as the father's name will be verified with the Aadhaar card.
2) Activate the employee's UAN and log in to his account. There is an option to change basic details.

Thank you for your valuable reply and support. Regarding the correction of basic details provided on the employee portal, there is no option available for correcting the Date of Joining and Father's Name. Is there a process to correct this information online?

As mentioned earlier, you will be required to draft a letter stating the correct and incorrect details along with the reasons for the discrepancies. This is in regard to the Date of Joining (DOJ) and the father's name.
