For any organisation, employees are the assets as they are hired which incurs expenditure.When employees are hired and not retained the bond of employee engagement breaks,resulting in high attrition.Employee engagement therefore is one of the important aspects for an organisation.For retaining employees companies have to again ensure they are trained , nurtured well and provided with good facilities and work environment.There are various programs & activities run by companies for the employee engagement.The employees are the key brand ambassadors of any organisation and reflect the repute of the company.Having said this it also is seen from the customers point of view that happy and well engaged employees keep their customers happy and satisfied too.Which means that retention of clientele and good will for the company grows with the simple employee engagement activities.Thus from Hiring to retention and to creating the happily engaged employees companies spend a lot which is ultimately giving rise to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.Happy and satisfied employees create and add value to the organisation.
