In my company, we have employee ID cards. The color of the lanyard is black, and the same color lanyard is used for all vendors, visitors, and contractors to differentiate between employees and non-employees. Could someone clearly explain the pros and cons of having the same color lanyard or tag across the company for all three different types of entries - employees, vendors, and visitors? Please help me in this regard.
