Dear sir,

I am serving my notice period and I will be completing 4 years, 10 months, and 12 days on my last working day. Am I eligible for gratuity? In my case, gratuity was a part of my CTC. My HR is now denying my eligibility despite providing proofs of cases where gratuity has been granted for 4 years and 240 days. Kindly let me know if I am eligible for gratuity. Also, what steps should I take further? I would be really grateful if you could guide me here. I live in Pune. Thank you in advance.
