Request for Assistance in Obtaining Experience Letter
I was working with one of the top IT MNCs and resigned from the organization after fulfilling all the necessary requirements for the resignation process. I served the notice period, received the resignation acceptance letter, and then relocated to another state right after receiving the resignation acceptance letter in the same week.
Date of Joining: 06 Dec 2010
Resignation Date: 02 Jul 2011
Last Working Date: 30 Aug 2011
I received the resignation acceptance letter from the HR department on 2nd September 2011 and received the full and final settlement amount in my bank account on 12/11/2011. However, the FnF settlement letters and experience letter were not received. After relocating, I joined another MNC by providing the resignation acceptance letter and continued working there.
Now, as I am about to join another IT giant MNC, the new company is requesting my previous experience letters, which I have not received so far. I have tried contacting the HR of the previous MNC, who directed me to another department for assistance, stating that he is not the right person to approach for this issue. Despite sending several emails to the provided email address to obtain my letters, I have not received any response yet. I am feeling lost as I need to join the new MNC soon and provide the experience letter. Please help me on how to obtain my experience letter promptly.
I have spoken to the HR of this new IT MNC, who insists on providing the experience letter; otherwise, my verification for the position will be invalid. I understand that it has been 4 years, and I failed to realize the importance of obtaining the letters while I was working, as required by the time I joined the new MNC after relocation. According to the policy, I was supposed to receive the letters at my new mailing address. I also updated my new mailing address information with the HR department through email communication, and I have all these email communications saved.
I had served the complete notice period and collected the resignation acceptance letter after completely serving my notice period before I relocated.
My question is, will I get my relieving letter or experience letter as per my service record? Please guide me on how to obtain my experience letter promptly.

After relocation, I joined a new MNC. There, I was not required to provide the relieving or experience letter as I had already submitted my resignation acceptance letter and offer letter. I continued working until recently when I realized that I had not received my experience letter, which I should have received as per the policy of the previous MNC. "Experience letter is provided along with F&F Settlement." I also received the FnF amount in my bank account a couple of months after I relocated.
