I can provide free training; no one can teach you how to headhunt a candidate. It's all your interest. One solid PowerPoint presentation can teach people what the recruitment life cycle entails (starting from getting requirements until closing the position). I don't think this course will be useful.
Just within 15 days, one can't become a good recruiter. It's an ocean.
