Whether you guys aare providing live training (using Naukri or Monster) and how about head-hunting the candidates for the niche skills...Also curious to know that where this certificate is useful. Whether this certificate is recognised one...?

I can provide a free training...no one can teach u hou to head hunt a candidate. its all ur interest. one solid power point presentation can teach people wats the recruitment life cycle (Starting from getting requirements till the closing the position). i dont think so this course will be useful...
just within 15days one cant become a good recruiter. Its an ocean...
