Hi,
its a very personal question which can be decided only by YOU.
Think from the long term perspective and try to match it with your GOALS,then do a comprehensive analysis about various pros and cons and then only arrive at the Final Decision.
See in the present context Finance is a booming sector and you having a strong background in finance can do wonders...and as far as people factor is concerned it is required by all individuals irrespective of the job profile.(as what ever you do, you deal with the people).
and you have the added inborn skills of people management so i would suggest you to go for Major in Finance and Minor in HR.
Do think twice before taking final decision as its a question of your Career.
Regards,
Samarjeet.

Hi,
In my view if you want to persue a career in Finance then you should go for completion of your CA coz CA, ICWA alwaz got a weightage over MBA(Finance). But in case you are inclined toward HR then MBA (HR) is the option. Rest, the decision should be taken by you only after thinking your career interest.
