Hi, I am new to the company and have requested the transfer of my previous company's PF to my current company through EPF. The request has been pending with them for a long time. How can I transfer this without involving my previous employer?

To transfer EPF/EPS accumulations from a previous company to the current company, simply fill out Form-13 (revised), which is enclosed herewith for reference. There is no need to sign the form with the previous employer; instead, sign it with the current employer and submit it to the concerned EPFO for the transfer of accumulations.
