Dear all, I want a help about salary calculation how much % of amount deduction in salary by employee & employer..... Plz give me brief calculation about that & salary making...

Total 6.5% of the salary is required to be contributed towards esic where in Esic Contribution deduction from salary is 4.75% for Employer and1.75% Employee.
