Hi All,
I have a query regarding death claim. I have one death case. As per documentation Nomination form of Employee's is require to settle the claim. But it is missed. In this situation what should I do.
Pls guide.

Dear Deepak,
In general practice no employer keep the acknowledged copy of nomination form no 2 in there personal files, so I don't think authority will insist you to submit the nomination form while processing employees death claim.
However I have enclosed the list of documents which are mandatory to process his / her claim..
