Hi to all,
I am working in proprietorship company from March 2013. My current salary is Rs. 18,000 per month. I got my salary cash. There is no any deduction in my salary. Now i have to file ITR - Income Tax Return for financial year 2013-14.
I don\'t know about Form 16. Is it mandatory to file ITR?
In future i need Home Loan may be Form 16 is compulsory for loan.
Seniors, Please help me how can i file ITR and about Form 16.
Waiting for your response. Thanks in advance.

your employer must issue Form 16 against the salary paid for the financal year even no TDS deducted. in the worst condition, where the employer does not issue the form 16 for whatsoever reasons, ask for the comprehensive salary certificate for the concerned financial year stating the TAN No of the organisation. On behalf of the salary certificate (it will be stating the breakups of salary), you can proceed with the computation and file the return.
You can logon to IT Deptt website and file ITR online.
