So as per the Approval -N%26 Attachment, and organization should have the below mentioned days as a mandatory leave for the employees
National Holidays – 4 days [the 26th January, the 1st May, the 15th August and the 2nd October]
What would happen in the below mentioned circumstances:
1. If the mentioned 4 National Holidays are not marked as Holidays for the employee?
2. If the employees aren't allowed to take the total 9 days as a Holiday at all ?
