If you have the establishment code, visit the PF Office of your establishment and get help from the computer operator/clerk. You may have to shell out a few out-of-pocket expenses.
If the above does not favor you, go to the online balance check portal of the EPF website. Select the state and district, and thereafter enter the establishment code. In the last column is the employee account number, wherein you have to punch serial numbers starting from 1 until you reach your name. No doubt, it is a cumbersome job but you will get it.
