Dear Friends,
I have a masters in HR and have experience in HR. However, I would like to learn some hard-skills like HR related software skills like SAP-HR etc. I would really appreciate your help if you could suggest some relevant courses that I can do that will place me in touch with the latest skills and give me an edge in the job market abroad. Thank you all in advance for your inputs.

this kind of software mostly called ERP ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING
like ORACALE example , E-BUSINESS SUITE and CONTAIN a differnet models but for you its better to do R12 HRMS
and alos SAP YOU can do HR model in SAP ...and you can find ERP software provided by microsoft also ..
but which one of them is more demand in the market that is depend on the region or era..
like in gulf countries most of them using oracle , one more thing to remeber , SAP IS higher pay salary but the chance to get a job is narrow because SAP only used in BIG Company or manfucuring company , but for oracle its used by all size of companies ..
to do one of them its better do it with partner institute or consltant specially for SAP .. you can go to SAP or ORCALE UNIVERSIT online to find the partner in your region ..
thanks

Thank you,Kimooz.Appreciate your inputs. Please educate me here. If I were to learn SAP or Oracle from an institute that is not a partner or certified directly by SAP or Oracle, would I still be able to get a job based on my knowledge of the subject or must I need a certificate from SAP/Seimens etc?I am talking in both India and abroad scenario.Thank you again.
