Dear Mr. Rakesh
Infact it is very much useful for me to carry out my analysis pertaining to the TEAM EFFECTIVENESS.
Do you have questionnaire for measure effectiveness applicable for SUPERVISORS, TEAM LEADERS and MANAGERS.
Thanks for sharing and keep up the good work. Kindly do the needful.
With profound regards

Hi Mudita,
I think lot of teams do not care about these points, which is unfortunate and as per the the data seems to affect performance. Interestingly, successful teams & their managers seem to have surprisingly clear answers to most of these questions. Like I had mentioned in the attachment, some of the questions might seem intuitive and self evident but still are surprisingly missed by teams. They could be used as a point of self-reflection/measuring stick to see where team members stand..
Do share your experiences as well on the same.

I have read the book too and have used these questions as "Employees Satisfaction Questionnaire" to analyze the employees strengths as Marcus Buckingham did and also the Company's strength thru' areas of un-satisfaction by the employees. Very good book for Managers as it teaches how to manage workforce and to be a good manager.
