Can anyone suggest training methods for skilled/semi-skilled workers in manufacturing (around 150 employees) units in a way that each worker receives 10 hours of training per month? How can we arrange training sessions after the workers' shifts so that production is not disrupted? Additionally, how can we effectively manage the shifts of 150 workers alongside the training? Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
