I am at present working in Bahrain (GCC) and I am having an offer from India for Rs 1,00,000 pm CTC + vehicle with driver + mobile etc + Rs.3,00,000 PA as performance incentive on achieving the target. It would be quarter wise but not carried forward, i,e in case the target is not achieved in a quarter it lapses. And for my wife they had offered Rs 45,000 p.m. We would be staying in our own house near the place where this company is located. We have no housing loan pending. This company is into engineering manufacturing.

Since, we are not in touch with the latest IT regulations, it would be of very much help if you can suggest us salary break-up for the a.m CTCs with minimum possible IT. They have not given us the break-up & it is to be mutually agreed upon.
