Dear Singh,
normally every time we hear The toal CTC, or your package is this much,
that means, it includes all the annual perks given by the employer, that includes PF contribution of employer also.... not only that some employers include Gratuity contribution ( 4.8 % ).
So while negotiating CTC, should negotiate abot the take home salary also.

CTC (Cost to Company) is the cost incurred on an employee. So employer normaly adds his PF contribution in package itself.
PF is not only one thing which is added in CTC but LE, Employer contribution of ESI , Gratuity , LTA is also been added in Package of the employee

From India, Mumbai

only 12% of Employer Contribution to be added in CTC, the Admintration charges: 1.10%, EDLI Charges:0.50% and EDLI Inspection Charges: 0.01% should not be included in the CTC.
