Hai Deepa
The relevant form for transfer of PF from previous employer to present employer is Form 13 (R).
Along with Form 13 (R), the following are to be enclosed.
1. From Previous employer:
a. Form 5 & Form 10 particulars ( Date of joining and date of exit from the previous employer)
b. Break in service particulars in your previous employment.
c. Form 3A of the for the year, when you left the previous employer. ( P F Contributions from March of the year till leaving the previous employer. ( suppose if you have left the previous employer in the month of June 2008, the PF contributions from March 2008 to June 2008.
All these are to be signed by the previous employer.
2. The Form 13 is to be forwarded with the above enclosures by the Present employer.
You can ask the Personnel Manager of your company for processing the above. He can do the needful
