Setting Up a Performance Management System in a Small IT Company: Any Advice on Using the 90-Degree Method?

Hi,

I have joined an IT company. I am trying to set up a performance management system, but I am not sure what format should be used. Since it's a small organization, we will use the 90-degree method. Please suggest.
