If you describe your weakness, it should be put across as a strength. For example, you can say that being a perfectionist and organized are your weaknesses, where you can explain it by mentioning that you get concerned when others do not adhere to it.

Hence, besides your educational experience, etc., your personality, aptitude, and approach are immensely focused. I came to know about an incident which I would like to share with people (you may be aware of it earlier).
During one interview, coffee was served to a candidate. Then a question was raised, "What is before 'U'?" He replied, "'T'." His reply was accepted and appreciated. So, as mentioned earlier, indeed we have weaknesses, but our strength lies in how we convert those weaknesses in such a way that we win the game.
