Dear Amruta ji,Thanks for your comment. I did'nt coted the 360 degree PMS in this. If you add this its nic. This system is used only certain category of industries. But most of the industries are used normal PMS system, that why I mentioned like that.Regards,PBS KUMAR

This is the bitter truth of PMS that we speak about 360 degree
we are taught about it, but the Indian organizations still hasitate to implement it as in INDIA Corporate context due to following reasons:-
  1. The organizations are ruled as per heirarchy bases
  2. people (subordinates) do not open up about their boss
  3. Verteran kind of Managers
  4. Power and Politics exists in organization
  5. Majorly vertical (Top to Down) communication exists.
