I am working as Chowkidar in EDMC aided school.. my working hours 16 & half hour a day... 99 hours in a week - is this legal or any laws exist by EDMC for schools Chowkidar/Watchman?
there is no any overtime allowance given by the department and very long timing duty... how can I find solutions to fix duty 16.1/2 hours to 8 hours like others group D posts in EDMC. thanks
