Hello Everyone,
I have been working for a Pvt Ltd organisation a sales and marketing professional, First of all my employer tried to harass me for the responsibility of work which was not mine and said if not cable to work, upon leave the job. I accepted his proposal for leaving the job, but he has hold my 1 month salary and incentives of 6 months. And trying to sue me for leaking his data and talking to various customers without any evidence and I have also not done any such cheap work.
Please suggest me what are possibilities of getting my dues?
And what necessary action should i take if my employer sues me?
