Every Employer employing Ten and more Persons at the Workplace Establishment including from Contractors, must Comply with All Provisions of " Sexual Harassment of Woman at Workplace ( Pevention, Prohibition &Redressal) Act 2013 and the Rules framed thereunder, which will include:--
1. Constituting Internal Committee comprising of Four (04) Members/ Constituents) as prescribed under Section-4 of the said Act and provising all Facilities to the IC as prescribed under Section-19;
2. Provide Protection to Women from Sexual Harassment at Workplace which includes protection from SH at Places arising out of her Employment;
3. Co-Create Safe and Scure WorkplaceEnvironment Where No Woman Shall Be Subjected to SH at Workplace;
4. Organizing Mandatory / Reportable Programs against Sexual Harassment as prescribed under Section-19 " Duties of Employer";
5. Monitor Submission of Reports by the IC; and inter alia;
6. Comply with Provision under Section-22 of the said Act;
7. Complying with Provision of Companies (Accounts) Rules 2014 amended w.e.f. 31. 7.2018
