Hi, Please share the Leave Notification i.e how many leaves are allowed in year in a location of Delhi NCR.
I want to know regarding the same as i know UP has 40-42 leaves but i don't have clarification how so that i need in a full details for Delhi NCR.

Dear Friend,
As per Delhi shops and establishment act following leaves applicable.
1. privilege leave for a total period of not less than fifteen days.
2. Sickness or casual leave for a total period of not less than twelve days
3. Employee who has completed a period of four months in continuous employment,shall be entitled to not less than five days’ privilege leave for every such completed period.
4. Employee who has completed a period of one month in continuous employment,shall be entitled to not less than one day’s casual leave for every month.
