While the company is still running, sthey are not co-operating with their previous employees as they are not signing the form. Since the last two years, I have been trying to withdraw my EPF. I have deposited the EPF withdrawal form directly to the EPF Chennai office. First time they rejected the form on the grounds that -" Employer is requested to attest the claim form 19 & 10c while resubmitting the same / Employer not attested". I then submitted the withdrawal form again with EPF head office and again they have rejected the withdrawal form with reason - "Contribution not remitted for the period from 05/2014 onwards".
Please suggest how can I withdraw my PF.
