We want to make provision of optional salary structure. It would give power to choose their salary component by an employees. Whether our action will be permissible under payment of wages act or any other related law? please comments on the same.

As long as your proposal does not vitiate the Minimum wages act, Equal remuneration Act, your action is permissible. ESI, PF, Bonus, Leave with wages and Gratuity calculation will have disparity.
