There is no Act by the name of Leave Policy amendment Act. However, the Shops and Establishment Act of the State concerned or the Factories Act contain provisions of leave and an establishment depending up on whether it is a shop or commercial establishment or factory shall adopt the policy contained in the respective Acts or can frame a leave policy internally with equal or more beneficial terms.
