1. The work force - the employee should be motivated.
2. Different people get motivated by different motivators - Money, Recognition, Advancement etc.
3. To do this - you need a good leadership.
4. This leader should be a role model, unbiased, fair, person of Integrity etc.
5. The corporate culture should be of enthusiasm and positive.
6. The employee should be able to see the bigger picture.
7. Their personal traits and skills should be improved by training.
If you follow above 7 steps, I am sure productivity will improve.
