Retirement Age - Factory Act

Dear Friends
Please late me know the Retirement Age of employee/worker as per Factory Act.
After age of retirement If Management is willing to continue his service, can we process his salary/wages or any other way to pay them his remuneration, what law say?
Pl help in the above matter urgently,

Can an employee be continued to work post his retirement age if it is his wish and even company is ok with it? If yes, then what are the formal procedures to be carried out?
