Differnce Between OB And OD

Why OD is considered a differnet subject all together?
Why isn't it a part of OB itself. when OB also deals with organizational practices. I know there is difference but what exactly it is?

OB is related to the study of Behavior and OD related to tmanagmentent of Behavior.
