Why is OD considered a different subject altogether? Why isn't it a part of OB itself, when OB also deals with organizational practices? I know there is a difference, but what exactly is it?
Even I am not very clear in this area. How should you answer a question which says, "What kind of OD interventions do you do in your company?" Please clear my doubts.
